Hubbsy Platform Agreement

1. Software Only. Hubbsy (Struvora LLC) provides software tools only. We are NOT a beauty service provider and do NOT employ or supervise beauty professionals.

2. Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all services rendered, including quality, safety, sanitation, informed consent, and compliance with state regulations.

3. No Liability. Hubbsy and Struvora LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or claim arising from beauty services booked through the platform, including allergic reactions, skin irritation, burns, or infections.

4. License. You confirm you hold a valid, current license to practice in your state. Hubbsy may verify and suspend accounts without proper licensure.

5. Client Data. You are responsible for obtaining client consent to collect personal information through Hubbsy.

6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify Hubbsy and Struvora LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your services or use of the platform.
